Hello everybody!
I'm here to talk about your Original Character, and what thy should mean to you.
Although an OC is fictitious, that doesn't mean they are insignificant or nothing.

When you create an original character you're putting thought and emotion into your character, and by writing about them, you're giving them life. Whether your character is popular with others or not. They are anything but nothing.

Also, your character in number one on your story, and they shouldn't have to compete with anyone else. Everyone else is insignificant.
Those who believe their OC's have to compete with each other are childish and idiotic.
A small piece of your being is reflected in an original character. Whether it's a deep love for another character, or the lust for blood and fighting.
And foremost, an OC is NEVER weak! No matter what they are, an OC is never weak. They come from the creator of the story they're in, therefore they are the strongest and play a huge part in it. You have to have respect for your character, if you don't, then you don't have respect for yourself.
If you don't meet at least one of these requirements.
Then I'm sorry to say...
You don't deserve to have an OC.

Respect your OC's, they're your partners!
